How can we help?
Direct Financial Planning’s approach is to spend time with you to learn about your present situation and your ideas for the future.
We can then design the best strategy to put those ideas into effect. This will enable your company to attract and retain the skilled personnel necessary to meet the challenges of a competitive business environment, and to ensure it is protected adequately so that it can prosper.
Directors & Executive Advisory Service
Business life today is hectic and stressful, and leaves precious little time for taking care of personal financial issues. This can lead to matters being neglected, ultimately inflicting additional pressure into the business environment, which can affect business performance.
Direct Financial Planning offers a financial counselling review for Directors and Executives. This is provided on an individual and confidential basis, with the prime objective of helping Directors to address the problems of planning their personal financial and investment strategies effectively and efficiently.
Who and When?
The service is aimed at the needs of senior management. It is valuable at any time, but particularly at key occasions of change, ie: recruitment, promotion or leaving employment.
How it Works
- Step 1
- Confidential meeting and in depth review of financial resources including breakdown of assets and liabilities. The aim will be to establish a full understanding of the financial situation, and identify key areas of interest and opportunity, and outline financial strategy.
- Step 2
- Confidential report issued, confirming key issues, strategy and identifying any immediate action required.
- Step 3
- Review meeting, to review and fine tune recommendations, and consider how conclusions should be implemented.
- Step 4
- If the individual is fully satisfied with conclusions, Direct Financial Planning will implement all necessary arrangements, paperwork, and communications with other professional bodies as appropriate.
- Step 5
- The service offers regular valuations, commentaries and a helpline for immediate enquiries. Annual review meetings will be included.
- For Employers
- The service can be offered to complement the existing employment benefit contract, and works in cooperation with any existing tax advisory services. It can be offered as a bespoke benefit to selected executives and senior staff.
- For Senior Management
- Advice draws out benefits inherent in the employment contract, and develops a complementary programme to achieve personal financial objectives in an efficient and practical way.
Typical agenda of discussion subjects:
| Employment Benefits | Review of current situation. |
|---|---|
| Taxation | Examination of income, capital gains, inheritance tax, utilisation of allowances and exempt investments. |
